SOLBIZ SES is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform designed to help organizations manage core business operations, including Human Resources, Leaves & Attendance, Finance & Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management, Documents, and other enterprise modules. We respect the privacy of every organization using SES and are committed to protecting all business and personal data processed within the platform. SOLBIZ Solutions does not access, modify, or disclose any organization’s data unless explicitly authorized by the account owner (tenant administrator) or required to deliver technical support.

 

⬦ Require

SOLBIZ SES operates as a cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS platform. An internet connection is required to synchronize data between your devices and our cloud servers. Certain features — including the SESAIO AI Assistant, real-time notifications via Odoo Discuss, document synchronization, and collaborative workflows across departments — require a stable network connection to function correctly.
Depending on your organization’s configuration, SES may request permission to access device features such as the camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, or biometric authentication. These permissions exist solely to support business functions such as attendance check-in, document/receipt uploads, expense submission, and secure user authentication.

All content uploaded to SOLBIZ SES — including business documents, contracts, financial reports, project files, source code, images, and other digital assets — remains the intellectual property of their respective owners (the tenant organization or its authorized users). Each organization is solely responsible for ensuring it has the legal right to upload, process, or share such content within its own workspace. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of copyrighted materials may violate applicable local and international copyright laws.

 

⬦ User Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all tenant data.
Each organization’s data is logically isolated through SES’s database-per-tenant architecture, ensuring no cross-tenant access. Business records, financial data, HR and payroll information, CRM data, and project documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on our servers using industry-standard security practices. Access is strictly controlled through authentication, role-based permissions, and Odoo’s built-in access rights framework, configurable per user and per department.
SOLBIZ Solutions guarantees the privacy, security, and integrity of tenant data at all times. When authorized users sign in from a new device, data is synchronized automatically after successful authentication, ensuring business continuity without disruption.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose tenant data to third parties without the organization’s consent, except where required by applicable law.

 

⬦ AI Services

SOLBIZ SES includes SESAIO, a multi-agent AI Chatbot integrated into Odoo Discuss, designed to support Finance, HR, Leaves, CRM, and Project domains through natural-language queries, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Data submitted to SESAIO is processed strictly within the requesting organization’s own tenant boundary and used only to generate the requested response — such as answering HR policy questions, summarizing project status, or retrieving finance records. SESAIO does not use one organization’s data to train or improve responses for another organization. We continuously improve SESAIO’s capabilities while maintaining strict data isolation and confidentiality safeguards.
