Mr. Tran Quoc Tai
From Co-founding RIKAI Technology to Shaping the SOLBIZ Solutions Brand for the Digital Transformation Era.
Born in 1989 in Quảng Nam and graduating from the University of Science and Technology in Đà Nẵng, Mr. Trần Quốc Tài began his career at FPT Corporation — one of Vietnam’s leading technology enterprises. His more than six years at FPT equipped him with a solid technical foundation, modern management mindset, and hands-on experience in deploying systems at enterprise scale.
In 2018, he left FPT to co-found RIKAI Technology with his partners. Under his significant contribution, RIKAI quickly emerged as one of Đà Nẵng’s most notable tech startups, especially in software development for the Japanese market (ITO/ITS). The company not only generated stable foreign revenue but also created job opportunities for young engineers, contributing to the growth of the technology ecosystem in central Vietnam.
During his time at RIKAI, Mr. Tài made a remarkable impact with his philosophy of “scientific operations – human development – long-term foundations.” He established standardized operational processes based on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI 2.0, enhancing project quality, optimizing internal workflows, and ensuring international-standard security. At the same time, he built a structured internal training framework, empowering young engineers to grow and become key professionals in the industry.
As RIKAI entered a stable growth phase, Mr. Trần Quốc Tài decided to pursue a new mission: enabling businesses to transform digitally in a more strategic, streamlined, and efficient manner.
This vision led to the founding of SOLBIZ Solutions.
SOLBIZ represents the next chapter of his career — focusing on business operations consulting, brand building, digital transformation implementation, and software development utilizing AI and automation. Guided by the philosophy “Enlighten Your Mind,” SOLBIZ aims to help businesses reduce costs, increase efficiency, optimize operating models, and stay ahead of modern technology trends.
The establishment of SOLBIZ marks a significant milestone in Mr. Trần Quốc Tài’s journey: from co-founding a successful tech startup to becoming a visionary leader committed to creating long-term, sustainable value for the Vietnamese business community in the digital age.
